The objective of this Code of Conduct is to guarantee clear ethical criteria for action that must govern the performance of our Company, as well as to ensure that all its personnel, suppliers, customers, etc., act on the basis of the highest standards of moral conduct in the development of their activities. The Code is based on general norms that are inspired by the Basic Ethical Principles and Duties towards Customers and the Market described in the Laws. It will be the responsibility of the Management to establish the appropriate means that guarantee the effective fulfillment of this Code of Conduct.
